A few days ago, Marauder Tech Games announced that their debut title, Price of Glory, was coming to mobile. Pre-registrations were already open on Google Play and now you can sign up in advance for this asynchronous turn-based strategy game on the App Store as well. I wouldn’t get too excited though since Price of Glory is still in its alpha phase which goes live on November 7th.
Price of Glory takes you into a medieval fantasy world where you take part in battles taking place in a myriad of settings, ranging from arid deserts to dangerous lava fields. Your goal is to ensure your stronghold remains protected while simultaneously going on the offence. Careful positioning is key as the placement of your troops will determine the outcome of the match.
A campaign mode involving a lot of strategy may get boring for some, which is why you can also try out some other modes. Skirmish is designed for quick and casual matches where you can test out new tactics and just play without having to worry about the stakes. If you’re looking for a challenge, then the various tournaments promise intense battles against at least four others.
