- Grab 25k Stardust as a reward
- Improved catch rate and difficulty
- Possible Gigantamax adjustments in the future
Niantic has announced additional details about the ongoing Gigantamax update within Pokemon Go, offering Trainers more goodies to look forward to as Gigantamax Gengar makes its debut. In particular, every completed Gigantamax Gengar will reward you with 25k Stardust as a special prize, so you can bet that you’ll find it easier to gain back all the hard work you put into the Dynamax/Gigantamax system.
In the latest update to Pokemon Go, you can look forward to a more rewarding experience as well with a boosted catch rate. Completing Gigantamax Pokemon is no easy feat, after all, so it only makes sense that every Trainer be rewarded with a more satisfying result each time, right?
It’s nice to know the devs are actively adjusting the overall gameplay in the community’s best interests, which also includes a reduced difficulty rating for Gigantamax Gengar. While previous and current Gigantamax encounters remain unchanged, the team has promised that they’re actively looking into these encounters, and adjustments are very much possible in the future.
