Design Within Reach offers in-home delivery, where a delivery team will bring your furniture into your home and assist with setup. Just decide on the placement in advance and clear a path for smooth delivery access. Be sure to double-check that the furniture will fit through doorways, staircases, and into your designated space.
What is the return policy?
Design Within Reach allows you to return your items within 30 days of purchasing an order. Before you process your return, make sure that the products are packed in the original packaging. Please note that shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
How do I check my order status?
To track your order, you can either sign into your DWR account or enter your order number, email address, and zip code. Alternatively, you can call 1.800.944.2233 to directly speak with a customer service representative.
